In demand: specialised vessels like Island Constructor 1 could be in short supply.

THE SPECIALISED offshore support vessel market could be undersupplied as early as 2010 if more ship newbuildings are cancelled.
Strong demand in pipeline installation and subsea work in the oil and gas industry will lead to a tightening in availability...
