New crane is big boost for NZ’s Tauranga port

NEW ZEALAND’S Port of Tauranga welcomed its fifth ship-to-shore Liebherr gantry crane from Ireland on May 19.

The Beluga Fraternity vessel had been chartered to deliver the crane to Tauranga. On arrival, it was assembled on site at the Tauranga Container Terminal.
