Chilean treasure trove a mystery

Mystery surrounds the fate of a US$100m cargo of gold and silver said to have sunk in the Strait of Magellan in Argentina last month.

Trawler Polar Mist , loaded with seven tonnes of Argentine gold and silver, reportedly sank on January 16.
