New finds boost Australian LNG
Chevron and Woodside Petroleum discovered more gas resources off Western Australia last month, bolstering plans to build two liquefied natural gas projects in the region.
US oil major Chevron said it has found enough gas resources in the Wheatstone-Iago area of the Carnarvon basin, off Karratha, to move forward with a two-train LNG project.
