When the federal infrastructure and transport minister says a report “reflects the views of our very best and brightest”, the industry is behoved to take notice of what it says.

And so it is with the Australian Davos Connection's report, Infrastructure 21: From Incrementalism to Transformational Change , which Anthony Albanese launched officially last week.

Of the 152-page report, excluding forewords by the minister and the prime minister, about 20%...
