Boskalis says that after `best year' comes fall

Royal Boskalis Westminster achieved the “best year” in its history with a near €45m (US$59m) rise in net profit to €249.1m in 2008.

However, the dredging firm warned that the landscape of the dredging industry had changed drastically.

Earnings would be lower and the impact of the economic slump could already be seen.

The company said it had cleaned its orderbook...
