New Zealand logistics and transport provider Mainfreight isn't looking to acquire any companies in the foreseeable future, according to managing director Don Braid.
In recent years, the Auckland-based company expanded its overseas presence through the $21m acquisition of freight and logistics provider Halford International in Australia last year and US-based Target Logistics Inc in 2007.
