Toll has appointed Brian Kruger as its new chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding temporary incumbent Mal Grimmond, the logistics company announced yesterday.
Mr Kruger had been a partner at corporate advisory firm Greenstone Partners.
Before that, he was BlueScope Steel's CFO and had earlier held positions with BHP Billiton and BHP Billiton Steel.
Mr Grimmond will become Toll's chief information officer.
