Macmahon and Leighton renew MOU
Macmahon Holdings Ltd and Leighton Holdings have renewed their memorandum of understanding (MOU), continuing their partnership in large infrastructure projects.
As part of the agreement, the two companies agreed to drop a clause in their original MOU which required Leighton to obtain Macmahon’s written permission before extending its stake to more than 19.9%.
Leighton currently owns 19% of Macmahon.
