Shareholders back rescue plan for sinking Zim
Israel Corp shareholders approved a restructuring plan for container line Zim late yesterday after the Israel Securities Authority finally resolved legal issues which had delayed an earlier ballot.
A shareholders’ meeting scheduled for Sunday was postponed because of a challenge over who was entitled to vote on the urgently needed rescue package that included a cash injection for Zim from its parent company as well as bank covenant...
