Drivers sweat out more delays at Port Botany

Truck drivers were again subject to lengthy delays at Port Botany this morning because of technical problems at the DP World container terminal and the sudden cancellation of scheduled timeslots.

Carriers reported delays of up to six hours at DP World last night and the queues extended into the early hours of this morning because of system outages.

DP World then advised trucking operators less than two hours before their booked time...
