MUA shelves Farstad strike as AIRC orders talks

The Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) has suspended its industrial action against Farstad Shipping after the parties agreed in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission yesterday to hold further talks.

  

Both the MUA and Farstad have also agreed not to discuss the issue publicly, as part of renewed efforts to resolve the matter.
