Australia may not escape Rotterdam Rules

Australia may not be able to escape the effects of the Rotterdam Rules even if the Federal Government refuses to sign up, according to the insurance and risk management services provider, TT Club.

The point was made by Iain Sharples, of TT Club agent Thomas Miller (Australasia), at a seminar in Melbourne last week.
