DUTCH tank terminal operator Royal Vopak has said it will issue a further US$680m of unsecured notes in the US private placement market.
It follows a similar issuance in Singapore in September, when it issued S$210m (US$146.6m) of senior unsecured notes, with 11 institutional investors participating.
