CONTAINERSHIP charterparty contracts are starting to contain various new clauses as owners and operators adjust to changing market realities.

In particular conditions clarifying liability, should engine damage be caused by reduced ship speeds, or specifying what remedial measures can be taken to avoid possible harm, are starting to become commonplace.
That reflects the spread of super slowsteaming as oil...
