SHIPMENTS of steel products were expected to increase in the fourth quarter of 2009, according to the world’s largest producer ArcelorMittal.
Despite a lack of strong “real demand”, with a global recovery in financial markets “under way” the company expected to see a revival in volumes and prices in the fourth quarter.
