Gemco Rail names new chief executive

Coote Industrial's rolling stock arm, Gemco Rail, has appointed Wayne Manners as its new chief executive, the engineering firm said yesterday.

Mr Manners was chief executive of manufactured accommodation firm Fleetwood Corp between 2006 and this year.

He oversaw expansion and a doubling of turnover in that time and is expected to consolidate Gemco's position...
