Name change: Viterra confirms move to rebrand ABB Grain operations

All of ABB's operations will be rebadged as Viterra and other divisions will be renamed in line with the existing Viterra structure.

Viterra now has common shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange.

Signage at ABB's Australian and New Zealand facilities will begin changing in coming months.

Viterra's $1.6bn bid for the grain marketing company was accepted by ABB shareholders last month.
