Pirates free Horizon 1 and her crew

Somali pirates have released Turkish bulk carrier Horizon 1 and her 23 Turkish crew, according to private security concern with knowledge of the region.
A ransom of US$1.7m has been paid, the source added.
Earlier reports suggested that the pirates initially around US$20m to release the vessel, which is three or four times the value of the 32,173 dwt vessel.
