Shipping is target for training

THE FEDERAL Government wants to educate companies in the Australian maritime sector about subsidies available for training and up-skilling employees.

Australian Apprenticeships general manager Michael Jansen said that Apprenticeships Melbourne would hold an information seminar on October 13 for prospective employers who could access cash incentives by supporting government-funded training schemes.
