Singapore box volumes down

BOX volumes at Singapore, the world’s largest container port, fell 16% in September.

According to figures released by the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore, the city state’s port handled 2.2m teu in September, 16% lower than the 2.6m teu it handled in the same month last year.
