Long Beach, US truckers’ group settle legal dispute

LONG Beach has reached an out-of-court settlement with American Trucking Associations (ATA) on a legal challenge to the Clean Trucks Program.
The agreement leaves the Port of Los Angeles as the sole party involved in the ATA legal dispute. The lawsuit will continue, said ATA.
