IATA error could cost members
SOME Australian freight forwarders could have unnecessarily spent thousands of dollars having their finances audited after an apparent bungle by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
The association has come under fire for incorrectly telling freight industry members that they needed audited financial statements in order to avoid having their membership reviewed.
