SHIPPING industry confidence has continued to grow steadily over the past three months, according to the latest survey published by consultants Moore Stephens.
While noting that confidence will return more slowly than it disappeared, the regular poll of industry optimism suggests a sluggish but steady increase in market buoyancy.
