Blackwater rail duplication in operation

The $49m duplication of the Blackwater rail system in Queensland's central Bowen Basin has opened for business.
State transport minister Rachel Nolan said the 7 km duplication of track east of Duaringa would allow more coal to be transported to the port of Gladstone, Ms Nolan said.
