DETAILS of a plan to build a permanent cruise terminal at White Bay have been thrown into question by an apparent disagreement between two bodies controlled by the New South Wales Government.
Lloyd’s List DCN understands that a concept plan for the terminal prepared by Sydney Ports Corporation last year may be replaced with an alternative design advocated by the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA).
