A 49-YEAR old Patrick Stevedores worker was crushed to death while unloading shipping containers at Sydney’s Port Botany on Sunday.

A Patrick spokeswoman said a full investigation would be carried out to determine the cause of the incident, which occurred at about 7.30 pm Sydney time.
