THE SHIPPING and transport industry is this week considering the effects a hung a parliament may have on policy in their key sector of the economy.
A predicted, but still remarkable, a hung parliament was the result of the federal election last Saturday night, with the number of seats won and by whom still in doubt as Lloyds List DCN went to print.
