GALE force winds forced the temporary closure of Port Botany and Sydney Harbour this week.
The acting harbour master made the decision to cease all operations on Monday night after winds reached 65 knots at Port Botany’s Molineaux Point and 46 knots at Sydney Harbour, a Sydney Ports Corporation spokesman said.
