Orianna acquires 40% of Banlaw

Singapore's Orianna group has acquired a 40% stake in the Newcastle-based refuelling specialist, Banlaw.
Banlaw, which is working on projects in North America, South America, south-east Asia and Africa, said the Orianna partnership was a strategic move targeted at the Asian market.
