Airfreight gets $54m for security
THE FEDERAL Government will commit more than a quarter of its $200m aviation security package to the aircargo supply chain.
Federal transport minister Anthony Albanese said last week the government would provide more than $54m to assist the industry instal cargo x-ray screening and explosive trace detection technology at selected locations .
