THE MARITIME Union of Australia (MUA) will meet with stevedore Patrick this week to discuss the possibility of job cuts in Tasmania.
“There has been some consolidation and realignment of shipping services to Bell Bay which has resulted in a reduction of services,” a spokeswoman for Patrick said.
