Once less common, the onset of the resources boom and port redevelopments has seen ocean towing now becoming commonplace in Australian waters, writes Kent Stewart*
THE MOST recent name of the ship was the Universal King floating on her double bottom tank tops after opening up the hull from stem to stern on a reef south of Sydney in 1974.
