THE VICTORIAN Transport Association has continued to stir container lines through their representative body, Shipping Australia (SAL).

With the lines preparing to meet next Wednesday to deal with pressing national logistics issues, their mood will not have been improved by the association continuing what has become an acrimonious exchange over container detention charges and empty container park...
