Queensland lines cut by floods

QUEENSLAND Rail has reported an extended series of track closures and damage due to floods.

The central line remains closed between Emerald and Longreach and the Mount Isa line was also closed last week but was expected to re-open before the end of this week, following concerns about rising floodwaters around Julia Creek.
