NEW ZEALAND’S first shipment of light crude from the Kupe field will leave Port Taranaki this week.
Field partner New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) said that BP Shipping’s 46,803 dwt products tanker, British Chivalry, would arrive in Port Taranaki on Sunday to begin loading.
