LA and Long Beach box volume back on the rise
LOS ANGELES and Long Beach have ended one of their worst years in recent memory with declines of 14% and 22% respectively in total containers handled at port premises.
Both ports, however, reported gains in throughput counts for December, allowing their bosses to declare themselves cautiously optimistic for 2010.
