AUSTRALIA’S dash for gas took another step forward late in December when Woodside’s proposed Pluto LNG Expansion Project gained major project facilitation (MPF) status from the Federal Government.
Infrastructure and transport minister Anthony Albanese said the move underscored efforts to support investments which would “position Australia to take full advantage of the global economic recovery”.
