China now confident of world dominance in shipbuilding

WORLD dominance in shipbuilding will likely emerge in China and if its government has anything to say about it, that dominance will come soon.
The Chinese Government has stated its goal, via an announcement from a government policy think tank, that China should dominate shipbuilding by 2015, as an issue of ensuring transport of commodities to support rapid development plans.
