Regime change set for PoMC shared channels
THE VICTORIAN Government has rejected a recommendation to retain a formal channel access regime for the port of Melbourne’s shared channels.
The decision was announced in the government’s response to the Essential Services Commission’s (ESC) Victorian Ports Regulation Review 2009 brought down in July.
All other recommendations contained in the review were accepted.
