Debate continues over ECPs

Debate continues over the operation of Victorian empty container parks with Shipping Australia chief executive Llew Russell pointing out that shipping companies are already paying an infrastructure charge at ECPs.

This week the Victorian Transport Association said parks could impose additional fees on shipping lines to allow for longer operating hours.
