Atlas to quadruple its Port Hedland exports

ATLAS Iron is on course to quadruple the amount of iron ore it ships from Port Hedland with the opening last week of its Wodgina PDS mines.
The start of mining at the site, 110 km south of Port Hedland, will lift export volumes to 6m tonnes per annum from the current 1.5mtpa by December and then 9mtpa by 2011.
