ONE OF port of Melbourne’s biggest users has expressed dismay at the Victorian Government’s recent decision to put the Webb Dock development on ice.
“The port has received substantial feedback from port users that development of Webb Dock was vital for the economic wellbeing of Victoria,” ANL Container Line managing director John Lines said.
