NICOLAJ Noes is looking forward to the challenges that await him when he takes up his new role as managing director of Maersk Australia today.
The 39-year old has recently relocated to Sydney from Denmark to replace Soren Houman who took over from Maersk Sealand Australia managing director Kent Hagbarth in 2003 to head the newly-created Oceania division.
