Shipping industry confidence has soared to pre-crisis levels

OPTIMISM in the shipping industry is continuing to grow, according to Moore Stephens.
Its latest Shipping Confidence survey shows that confidence has risen to the highest level since May 2008, before the global financial crisis hit the markets.
