Revised rules on sulphur emissions enter into force

REVISED rules on vessel emissions written into the marine pollution convention entered into force on July 1.
Now all ships sailing in an emission control area (ECA) must use fuel with a sulphur content of 1% instead of 1.5%.
Ships must also have a record of ozone depleting substances on board and if a tanker, a manual...
