Boskalis issue oversubscribed
DREDGING giant Boskalis has completed a US$450m private placement notes program, together with available cash, to repay a €400m(US$514m) bridge facility linked to the acquisition of Smit, the fellow Dutch maritime services company.
The program, with 26 institutional investors in the US and UK, was “significantly oversubscribed,” Boskalis said.
It consisted of three tranches with maturities of seven, 10 and 12 years and was issued in US dollars and sterling.
