Fremantle chief warns of hurdles facing port
URBAN encroachment and vague heritage laws threaten to choke growth at Fremantle Ports, chief executive Chris Leatt-Hayter says.
Mr Leatt-Hayter was commenting in a submission to the Australian Productivity Commission which is inquiring into national planning assessments.
In a wide-ranging submission, Mr Leatt-Hayter warned of a range of problems unless planning laws were reformed.
