THE AIRFREIGHT industry is expected to strengthen in coming months as an appetite for consumer goods boosts the volume of imports.
“It’s a sign of a strong economy,” Maritrade director David Bendall said.
“Despite a drop in the value of the Australian dollar, demand is still strong.”
