SEAROAD Logistics has acquired the general cartage and freight forwarding business of Tasmanian trucking company Chas Kelly Transport.
The June 1 acquisition included the transfer of 40 Chas Kelly Transport staff to new management and driver positions with Searoad Logistics and the addition of a number of prime movers and trailers to the transport and logistic company’s fleet.
